Kwa mujibu wa mafundisho ya Kiislamu,\u00a0<strong>Allaah (SWT) Ametoa njia za kujikinga<\/strong>\u00a0kwa kutumia Qur-aan na du\u2018aa zilizotolewa na Nabiy (SAW). Nabiy (SAW) alisema:\u00a0<em>\u201cMwenye kusoma aya kumi na nne za mwanzo za Surat Al-Baqarah, Ayatul Kursiy, na aya mbili baada yake, na aya mbili za mwisho za Surat Al-Baqarah, hataingia katika nyumba hiyo shetani mpaka asubuhi\u201d<\/em><span class=\"whitespace-nowrap\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"my-0\"><strong>Surat Al-Ikhlaas, Al-Falaq, na An-Naas<\/strong>\u00a0zinaitwa\u00a0<strong>Mu\u2019awidhatayn<\/strong>. Nabiy (SAW) alizisoma mara tatu kabla ya kulala, akizipangusa mwili wake kwa mikono yake<span class=\"whitespace-nowrap\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"mb-xs mt-5 text-base font-[525] first:mt-3\"><strong>Dua za Kujikinga na Uchawi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-0\"><strong>Dua ya Kuingia Chooni:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\"><em>\u201cAllaahumma Innii A\u2018udhu bika minal Khubuth wal Khabaa\u2019ith\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n(Ee Allaah! Najilinda kwako kutokana na mashetani wanaume na wanawake)<span class=\"whitespace-nowrap\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\"><strong>Dua ya Kujikinga na Mashetani:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\"><em>\u201cRabbi A\u2018uudhubika min Hamazaatish Shayateen, wa A\u2018uudhubika an Yahdurun\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n(Ee Mola wangu! Najilinda kwako na wasiwasi wa mashetani, na najilinda kwako wasinikaribie)<span class=\"whitespace-nowrap\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\"><strong>Dua ya Kuingia Nyumbani:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\"><em>\u201cBismillahi Tawakkaltu \u2018ala Llahi wala Hawla wala Quwwata illaa Billahi\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n(Kwa jina la Allaah, nimemtegemea Allaah, na hakuna uwezo wala nguvu isipokuwa kwa Allaah)<span class=\"whitespace-nowrap\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"mb-xs mt-5 text-base font-[525] first:mt-3\"><strong>Maelezo ya Kuzingatia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"my-0\"><strong>Kuepuka Vitimbi Vya Shetani:<\/strong>\u00a0Kuvaa hirizi, kutumia matalasimu, au kufanya kifungo cha mwili ni haramu na kinaweza kusababisha shirki<span class=\"whitespace-nowrap\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"my-0\"><strong>Imani kwa Allaah (SWT):<\/strong>\u00a0Kujikinga kwa Qur-aan na du\u2018aa kunategemea imani kwamba\u00a0<strong>Allaah pekee ndiye Mlinzi<\/strong>.
