NECTA Announces 2024-2025 Standart Seven (PSLE) Results Matokeo ya Darasa la Saba 2024-2025 (PSLE)
The National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) has officially released the results of the 2024-2025 Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE).
PSLE 2024-2025 Results and Performance Statistics
Dr. Said Mohamed, NECTA’s Executive Secretary, announced that a total of 974,229 candidates sat for the PSLE exams this year. Out of these, 80.87% of the candidates passed, marking a successful completion of primary education for a majority of students. This year’s pass rate reflects a 0.29% improvement from the previous year.
Performance Statistics:
- Boys: A total of 449,057 boys passed, which is 81.85% of the male candidates. This shows an increase in boys’ pass rate by 1.26%.
- Girls: A total of 525,172 girls passed, accounting for 80.05% of the female candidates. However, there was a slight decline in the girls’ pass rate by 0.53%.
